In both summer and winter sports, the issue of "doping" (unfortunately) goes hand in hand with athletic competitions. In recent years, anti-doping law has undergone rapid development in Austria. In the summer of 2010, the guideline to anti-doping law authored by Mag. Georg Brandstetter together with a colleague, was published by Manz (in the Juridica series). 

The authors have tried to provide as practical an overview of the current anti-doping regulations as possible, based on their professional experience. The book is aimed not only at lawyers, but also at club officials, athletes, doctors, managers and sponsors.
